It’s been quite a year, to say the least. At Petwell Supply we have been doing our best to adapt and innovate for the times, and we appreciate your flexibility, understanding, and support throughout this time. We continue to offer curbside pick-up for orders placed online (or by phone) as well as free, local delivery to Somerville and Cambridge every Wednesday. We have also recently fully reopened the store for shopping.
If you would like to come by to shop “regularly”, please be sure to follow our covid-19 safety guidelines to help keep everyone safe. We are allowing two customers (and their dogs!) in the store at a time. Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the front door, as well as around the store, as needed. If you would like any bulk treats, please allow our retail assistant, Madi, to help you with any samples or bags to take home.
To keep things exciting around here, we’ve added LOTS of fun new products and even rearranged the store.
If you come by to check things out, you can now browse our new cat corner! It’s full of every kitty's dream: All the best toys, treats, litter, grooming supplies and so much more! A few new cat items that have gained popularity in-store include our Cat Sushi Bonito Flakes, Mad Cat Catnip Toys, and Kong grooming brushes, all on prominent display in the cat corner. Like the rest of us, we recognize that your pups are also suffering from a bit of cabin fever these days. We have added some awesome new products for them, too, including: ZippyPaws burrow toys, Chuckit! ball launchers, and long lasting bones and chews. Sadly, our groomer will be out for the next few months with a shoulder injury and recovering from surgery, and our grooming service is temporarily on pause. We do, however, have tons of helpful things in store to help you keep your pet nice and spiffy at home! Check out our grooming brushes, from our Furminator to help get that pesky undercoat or our everyday grooming slicker brush. We also have some handy dandy nail clippers and some styptic powder to help with any accidental bleeding. Have a stinky dog? We have Skout's Honor shampoo and conditioner with avocado oil full of antibiotics that are good for getting that shiny, clean coat.We look forward to seeing you soon!
